Diary of Events

The Chocolate Tailor sells direct to the public at craft and food fairs  in Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire and Shropshire  throughout the year. You can arrange to have your chocolates made and then pick them up from an event.  However, the diary can change due to unforeseen circumstances, so please get in touch for further details.

Saturday 27 September

Thursday 2 October

The Octogon at the Pavilion Gardens in Buxton.  The Farmers' Market - indoors - from 10 am - 3pm.  Take a walk in the adjoining park, have a coffee in the cafe........ purchase chocs and other great produce. See  www.paviliongardens.co.uk for more info on other events. 

Saturday 4 October

The first anniversary of Rode Hall Farmers Market.  A busy market - many stalls sell out so be early.  From 9.30 am - 1.30 pm.  So popular now there are 2 barns with plenty of food and produce plus some crafts too.   For more info see www.rodehall.co.uk

Sunday 5 October

Abbey Leys Farmers Market at High Ley, near Knutsford. From 10 am - 1.30 pm.  Look up  www.abbeyleys.co.uk for directions.  Plenty of stalls - plenty of choice - plenty of good food, produce, wine and plants. 

Friday 10 October

Find me at Celyn Farmers' Market at the Grosvenor Garden Centre, Belgrave, near Chester.  Come and see me and a range of other traders ........ and have a good mooch around the well stocked garden centre.  For more info - see www.grosvenorgardencentre.co.uk and www.celynfarmersmarket.co.uk.  This is a new market to me, so I hope it works out - come and buy my lovely chocs.  The market opens at 10 am and finishes just after 2 pm

Saturday 11 October

It's a long way to ...... Whaley Bridge....... but I'll be in the Uniting Church Hall from 10 am - 2 pm.  Come a see what's on offer ..... fresh produce, meat, plants and of course, my chocolates. 

Saturday 18 October

My regular pitch at Clover Bank Organic Farm - from 8.30 - 12.30 pm.  See www.cloverbankorganicfarm.co.uk  for further details.  Stallholder fees go to local charity.  A good range of fresh produce and cooked delicacies...... REAL food and natural food, PLUS handmade chocolates and truffles!

Saturday 25 October

The last Saturday of the month is Uttoxeter Farmers Market; in Market Street from 9 am - 1.30 (ish) pm - a lively market with a great range of fresh and handmade goods - do call in and support your local producers.  See www.uttoxeterfarmersmarket.co.uk

Saturday 1 November

It's the first Saturday of the month so It's off to Rode Hall for the farmers' market.  Undercover in the barn ( in case it's raining) and there is usually some entertainment to liven up your shopping experience.  Loads of foodie  (and craftie) stalls.  From 9.30 - 1.30 - come early though as we often sell out before the end!  Check out www.rodehall.co.uk

Sunday 2 November

Another day ; another barn .... this time at Abbey Leys Farm near Knutsford.  See www.abbeyleys.co.uk for directions and more info about the farm shop. Plenty of stalls for you to purchase great produce; meats, cheeses, yoghurts, pickles, smoked fish, pies, cakes and of course, chocolate.

Thursday 6 November

Buxton Farmers Market from 10 am - 3.00 pm.  Undercover in the Octogon in the Pavilion Gardens, at Buxton  a warm venue for you to explore a good range of stalls from local producers. If your are thinking about Christmas shopping already - order chocolate boxes and Christmas teddies for collection at the December market on 04/12. Friday 14 November

Derby Cats' Re-homing Centre - where I got my lovely Frank from.  Charity day to show the good work carried out by Helen and her team.  Call in and see some of the beautiful (and not so beautiful) felines who all need caring homes.  Plus a chance to buy some Christmas chocolates.  More info to follow.
